Information for law enforcement and legal counsel

Taskew Solutions LLC, operating as Digital Family Home, responds to valid legal process served in accordance with applicable law.

What process is required

Basic subscriber records require a valid subpoena. Records other than content may require a court order. Contents of communications and stored content require a search warrant or equivalent process, except where a lawful exception applies. Civil and family-law subpoenas are accepted when validly issued and served; the Company may notify the account holder unless legally prohibited.

Emergency requests

Requests involving danger of death or serious physical injury may be submitted through the contact page at digitalfamilyhome.com, marked EMERGENCY, and will be prioritized. The Company evaluates emergency requests under the good-faith standard of applicable law.

Preservation requests

Valid preservation requests are honored for the statutory period. Preservation does not constitute disclosure; disclosure requires the process described above.

Service

Legal process may be served on the Company's registered agent for Taskew Solutions LLC in the State of Maryland, or submitted through the contact page for intake. Requests must identify the account with specificity (account email address or household identifier) and be signed and issued by an authority competent to do so.

User notice

The Company's policy is to notify users of legal demands for their information before disclosure, unless prohibited by statute or court order, or where notice would create risk of harm.
